MSFW is almost drawing to a close and I’m so sad! It’s been a roller coaster week of so many fun events that I don’t know if I’m ready to go back to normalcy just yet. Last night my trusty partner in crime, Tereza, and I went to […]
I'm a Melbourne girl born and bred. I've lived abroad in Japan, the US and UK, but ultimately the need for good coffee brought me back home. I am constantly searching for delicious food and wine to eat and drink, the ultimate dress that makes me look fierce and to perfect my eyeliner game!
I love the fun of fashion, make-up and accessories, and my new passion is to find fabulous items on the cheap. I prefer to dress up rather than down and when ever I can with a red lip and a nude shoe.
A few other things about me; red over white wine (unless there’s bubbles, always bubbles), cats over dogs, summer over winter, eggs over easy – see what I did there?
If I'm not eating (which is rare), I love to shop, read, run, watch movies, love Pop Art (natch!) and I'm quite partial to a crossword. I also love organising the next outing and you’ll find me scouring social media to find out where the newest restaurant, bar, museum, opening of an envelope to go to is. One day I’d like to turn this hobby into work, any suggestions let me know at firstname.lastname@example.org
Miss Fox was the scene for day 5 of MSFW for a “Ready to Wear – Fashion Forward Makeup Masterclass” with makeup artist to the stars Luna Lita. We all sipped on a delicious cocktail and listened as Luna shared her best makeup tips to an intimate class […]
“Cocktails! Where?” were the first words out of my mouth when I heard about The Fashionable Cocktail book launch on day 4 of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. The book is written by Jane Rocca and illustrated by Neryl Walker and is a fabulous recipe book with a twist. […]
Last night I was excited to go to ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) for the screening of “British Style Genius: Breaking the Rules” for Day 3 of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week. The movie celebrated the innovators of influential, and at times, radical British style Vivienne Westwood, John Galliano and Alexander […]
Day 2 of MSFW saw me and my gal pal Tereza at the Emerging Designers Student Runway 1 show at the Melbourne Town Hall. This was a presentation of RMIT’s premium selection of fourth year fashion design students showcasing their innovative and eclectic designs. This was my very […]
Melbourne was on point yesterday with a fabulous display of spring weather. A beautiful day for a wedding indeed! I wore two outfits throughout the day; one for the church ceremony and the other for reception in the evening.
Happy Father’s Day Dad, and to all the dads out there today!
Welcome to Day 1 of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week! As I mentioned yesterday I’m actually off to a wedding and I’ll update you all with my outfits tomorrow once the festivities are done and dusted. So seeing that I’m all tied up for the day I wanted to […]
My friend Tereza and I had a blast last night at the red carpet, opening of MSFW with the screening of “Reflections”. We got to rub shoulders with models and actors as well as milliner Richard Nylon and fashion designer Jenny Bannister. If last night was anything to […]
Tomorrow marks the start of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week 2013. To say I’m excited would be an understatement! There are numerous events throughout the week (both ticketed and free) and my aim this year is to see an event each day for the 9 days of the festival […]
